We are a family-run market business, set up in February 2015. We provide the direct link between the cheese maker and you, our customers.
We buy most of our cheese straight from a local family dairy, established in 1929, so we know exactly where our cheese is coming from, who is making it and what the ingredients are.
Our cheese can be frozen, is suitable for vegetarians (using vegetarian rennet) and long dated.

Our next event is in the Longfield Suite at the Prestwich Artisan market from 10am until 4pm on 1st March. Then we are back at the Robin Park Centre in Wigan for the beer and cider festival on the 5th/6th/7th March.
